Whoa Doggie Co., LLC. is licensed and insured manufacturing company. We will exchange return
items with our retailers for credit. We have a disclaimer for the Whoa Doggie printed on the
reverse of the product’s hang tag. Concerning the warranties of this disclaimer: there are no
other Expressed Warranties, Implied Warranties of Merchantability, Implied Warranties of Fitness
for a Particular Purpose or any other Expressed or Implied Warranties of any kind provided with
the Whoa Doggie® Product.
