The Whoa Doggie® (Product) is designed and intended for normal and reasonable use by adults in walking one controllable and well be-haved dog on an appropriate leash. The Product is not designed or intended for training, tethering, or use for unattended dogs. The Product is also not designed or intended for use with aggressive or large dogs over the specified weight per Product (W40: 40-75 lbs, W70: 70-105 lbs). It is further not intended or designed for athletic competition or commercial use.

There are no other Expressed Warranties, Implied Warranties of Merchantability, Implied Warranties of Fitness for a Particular Purpose or any other Expressed or Implied Warranties of any kind provided with this Product.
